The title of my old log is annoying me.

I am 47, 5'10", about 10st 11lbs.
My goals now are to stay under 11st, get stronger if possible and increase my conditioning. I've recently started boxing.
Today:
8 x 3 mins on heavy bag with 45 secs rest.
Interval training up a hill. In the hot sun. Barefoot.

Burpee Intervals
6 rounds:
3 x 30 secs burpees & 30 secs skipping.
1 min rest.
Bought myself one of those harnesses to do neck strengthening.
I already have a goitre (Lithium / thyroid issues), so looking forward to having a REALLY huge neck.
Tried out my neck harness. Did some reps at 7.5kg and feel okay this morning. Can manage a bit more next time.
