Squat 170xF (right side plates got 1.5 inch out on unrack, I figured they're not gonna slide: hammer polyurethane shit all slid off in the hole and broke my glasses that were on the floor).
Did it over, missed 3/4 up, wth, lifted my head ?? 135x3, 135x5x4s (kept hitting the safeties)
Press 75x1 @8, 62x5x5s
CGBP 65x8, 75x8, 85x8x3s
Knee felt ok, back issues persist.
And also a lot of my squats were too deep!
