skipped split squats bc they hurt my knees.

Struggling with aches/pains after training, and inconsistent training. Once things settle I hope to be more adherent. Working til 10pm today, tomorrow, Wednesday - it is interesting and mentally stimulating so far, pharmacy tech.

I did something last week but I forget what, not a lot.

3_22_23 Wednesday Tried to do this twice Monday, and after work yesterday, all benches and racks were taken. I can't even. No kind of routine to speak of, even when I'm not working it is all catch as catch can. I chose more challenging weights today, we'll see, still having trouble with so many aches and pains (IDK wtf it is).
Flat BB Bench (1.5-2 minute rest)
    75x9, 65x12
Flat DB Bench (1.5-2 minute rest)
    25sx14
Paused DB Floor Fly (1.5-2 minute rest, this hurt my shoulder)
    10sx12, 8sx16
    EZ Lying Tricep Ext
    30x14 > 30x9 > 30x6 (30s rest)
    EZ French Press
    20x12 > 20x9 > 20x10 (30s rest)
    Cable Rope Pressdown
    20x8+10x8 > 10x9 > 10x8 (30s rest)
Lying Leg Raise (1-2 min rest)
    3x10 (no weight)

I don't remember where I left off but thanks.

50 hrs worked last week, 30 this week - sometimes 8-6, sometimes splits, sometimes til 10pm...
The real issue besides training consistency is sleep. Very difficult for me to get enough sleep: I'm a light sleeper, used to getting up 4-5am, I sometimes wake for 2-3 hrs and go back to bed in the night - it is hard to sleep into the am when I have time, I either just can't sleep or could have slept but was awakened.
Just too tired this am to train, working til 8 tonite. Probably will be a lot of starts from scratch, if I even make it to the gym. IDK if I can squat even 95# anymore.
