Schools ,nursing homes and hospitals sure are breeding grounds for germs. The day before I got sick I went to visit a neighbor in a county run nursing home,I may have picked something up there.
They do keep advertising a cleaning machine for CPAP machines, saying they do get germs in them.Maybe your office has mold from the rotting windows?

I wouldn't be surprised with the past year of nothing but rain, which seems to be continuing into this year.

Still sniffling sneezing and fighting. :-( . Steak, hot tub, then nyquil after tonight... last two nights slept a little better. The eczema, doesn't seem to matter what I do. My hair is white now, should probably buy stock in Unilever the amount of moisture I require.
My gym is having a 90 day transformation contest, I asked what's the metric, is it strength gain? I think they mentioned like 7 categories: Fat %, Weight Loss, BMI, and I forgot the other ones; seems like its all the same thing? They said they're 'not doing photos this year.' I asked how they'd even measure that stuff, they said a special scale. This thing Body Composition Monitor And Scale | 180 Day Memory Think it works?
Realizing while logging this that I unintentionally cut out an @8 of 3-0-3.

It was so hard to go not so deep on such light pin squats, legs were sore from tempo squats and miss that bounce.
I discovered my left shoulder can do 45# dumbbells, but my right cannot.

Decided to video DL 2ct pause at 1"; sadly it showed I have no idea how far 1" is (more like 2-3")
CGBP 4@9 felt powerful and more like 8 or 8.5, the spotter kept saying do more, do more - astounding, I expected to have not much after so much bench.
Rows, limiting factor was my legs/squat fatigue, surprisingly.

I have a little cold, slept from 7:30 til 5 last night. My benching seems better, my press is tanking. I strict pressed 85 but I wasnt sure it'd be an 8 because I misgrooved it. I get leary with misgrooves, because I've noticed that bothers my RC the most. I pussed out on squats, they are coming back, but chiro saturday so I didn't push my 5@9.

I guess I AM a bitch, I was Granny Shark after realizing the weight WAS sliding all over on CGBP, because the sleeve was broken. This is the second time (first w/squatting) this has happened and another time I noticed a bad bar (that I wasnt using) and reported both. I guess its too much for them to check the 10 shitty bars they have after every shift, IDK. The guy told me, the bars break because "deadlifts". Then they weld them back together.

The one trainer who I know best was kidding me he heard I caused a ruckus and I'm not very popular right now. And I laughed & said, zero fucks given, dude (can you still say fuck if you have white hair? the gymmates seemed shocked). Totally uncool - 3 years, ENDless appeals to bring a friend and grow their membership, NO equip upgrades? at least maintain what you have for basic safety!

Happy as hell that my DL 242x1 @8 FLEW up. 5@9 DL and comp bench was more like 8.5.
3ct pause squat AMRAP was burning cardio hell even at that light downset weight I did (had to go home w/kg etc for squats, racks all taken, 3 min rest)
I AM 5# heavier, yet my clothes are not tighter, I don't get it. Still would like to lose some fat but I don't want to give up gains, I'll have to measure my waist later.
Been super attentive to protein intake of late - the woman who asked if I could coach her told me after I explained my protein intake (2x for older folks? she was shocked) she goes by govt standards (works in the hospital prob a nurse); she's not eating many carbs, eats an avocado daily, & lower protein because she doesn't want to "get big" (pointing to her arms)....I said, wth, I don't have huge muscles, it's really kind of DIFFICULT to get big. To each their own.

You sure can say what you want when your hair is grey or white. My mom said to me.years ago when she was 80 she lost all filters.

The trainer I know DL'd behind me; still busting on me for resting too long (squatting too deep, yada yada - all I can say is, wait til you're 60!)
TNG, spotter said I had more reps. Yeah. Probably a pound or two short of a 9 - thought with all the bench fatigue I'd need a spot but didn't - and didnt really do much bounce. oh well.
