    Not much sleep. Today I helped the lady do SS bench press, and also DL. She said she's starting to read the book...still doesn't understand the NLP I was trying to explain (stop doing a tiny weight 10 times, do your fives, add weight next session - the adding weight shocked her. Did I explain it wrong?)
    My DL I lowered the weight, still struggled to stop at 1". Ouchie much harder.
    CGBP went ok I was thinking with accumulating bench fatigue weight might have to drop a lot but no, the spotter said 110 was easy (it was).
    Rows, the % of 1RM I figured was more than I usually lift for 11 reps, so I wondered how it'd go or if I'd be able to do it at all. The guy who's friends with me and the lady I helped was counting my AMRAP and cheering me on to "do one more." Also before the amrap, a new development - I rowed 135 for a few reps, then 145.

    I forgot I hit a hook today benching, watching the bar instead of my “spot”, thinking about the broken bar the other day. I bought myself a 20kg starting strength bar; that takes care of THAT.

    C2 cardio 2_11_19 after dr. appt.
    Posting it because I'll forget (and I've been doing it but I forget now). Dr. wants a DEXA scan, should be interesting, she said I'll need (5) 8oz skim milk or other dietary means to get calcium, otherwise supplement, and also take a multi & Vit. D. Calcium warning too much causes blocked arteries. ?????
    State of emergency for snow today, AGAIN on Tuesday, heavy squat day. SQUAT-ARI!

    Another snow/ice day where I tried squatting in the basement; (its weird, I feel the 15kg bar flex and its not a lot of weight, the weight is all in a smaller place on my back, the ceiling's low, or its just psychological OCD - took me a month or two to get used to the 15g and that long to get used to the globo 45# bars). On an up note I gathered all the small plates I have so I was able to press, overshot a little out of determination to get my press back. dammit. Squat'll really be in the shitter with all these missing days. I might always be a lousy lifter. 175 single was like a shit show, 181 was faster, felt like I could prob do two more (my squats are ALL slow AF. its on IG. I am doing some interesting reading regarding velocity). CGBP based on 130 1RM.

    Tired.
    DL- 245 went up with no hitches, just was @9, not @8 today. So back to 240.
    Bench, eh ok but not great.
    Pause squat geez. Not a true @8 strength wise, just wicked burners and strain to stay tight when my back's tired from DL (I need some cheese to go with this whine).

    not bad. Still tired, I want to sleep at 7pm and I'm waking at 3:30-4. Time change?
    Was planning less than 145 @8 but squat seemed stupid easy.
    Bench, the spotter said 125 was too easy (it was getting harder, but the bar velocity was pretty much the same- teeeeny tiny bit of slow down).
    Floor press, supposed to do 3 sets, 95 was too light for @8 so I upped it a little. Slacker Granny.

    I guess I did something wrong; DL downsets was a nine right away, now that Im only breaking off the floor and waiting. Ouchie.
    CGBP maybe undershot? Spotter said 125 and 121 was ez pz (shocking).
    The downsets, supposed to triple til you get to @9, I never got there, resting 3 min last 3 sets, bar velocity was still pretty good, maybe 8.5 on last rep of last 2 sets. I wasn't sure about spending the time continuing or overdoing it, so I stopped.

    Snow holding off til WEDnesday!! state of emergency declared. Someone commented on the announcement that the SOE started when Gov. was elected (teehee)
    Squats & Press were not spectacular, but decent - surprised by downsets that were pretty easy (I dug myself into this hole, gotta dig myself out - gee I sound like the democrats. Bernie: a young, progressive, FEMALE running mate - did he SAY that??? female? I guess the pussy heads are happy.) ???
    Press, I did 85 easily but overshot @8 probably @8.5 or @9, so 80 it was.

    • DL is in the toilet; my hips are all over and IDK why. Pulled 245 for 1@8; terrible pull, rounded back, I don't see how I could count it.
    I put it on IG (I am the 'fluffy' lady in the foreground). Maybe need to revisit thrall's chest up/hips up video.
    • Bench: 120 - spotter said, easy enough. The 120 & 115 were hardish, but never in danger of grinding/not making the lift (TODAY)
    • 3ct squats - just shoot me, I used my phone clock to time the 3s and feel like I could die in that rack trying to stay tight!

    Somehow I messed up last 2ct squat entry, flipped the numbers all out of whack. Really not much sleep last two nights didn't go up on anything; 125 bench used to be a big deal, getting easier and easier. Floor press I had a hard time today racking and unracking, IDK why, fatigue? so I dropped it to 95 after 1 set.
