    Downsets "till @9". AKA til death do us part? Maybe undershot today? Pin bench, not much choice of pin location. RDL all the way down but not a rest at the bottom, and kept the hips high.

    It was a decent lifting night, not a lot of aches and pains. Got a text from husband as I was finishing bench, the hot tub is fixed, up to temperature, and waiting for me. Yay!!
    • Squat, I might be a puss. *WALKED OUT 225*. Felt heavy but not that bad (its my goal weight). Got video of 185x1 and 180x3 (on IG). Not soul-sucking at all. I always think I'm not deep enough but I guess I actually am, maybe too deep. All my squats are slow!
    • Press is coming along. At least tonite.
    • Bench, solid 8. IDK why.

    Another great night. Deadlifts felt easy. What is going on here?
    Bench, I had doubts, needlessly...
    Squat, overshot first two @8 sets, fatigue from Tuesday and back fatigue from DL (legs felt fine).

    just very tired today, I got it done, but didn't eat much yesterday (but hit my protein macros - does anyone log veggies? I don't unless its my husbands favorite salad that has fatty dressing on it). Snow last night and all weekend, dog woke me at 3 or so. Seems like a lot of bench; you'd think I'd grow some muscle some where, but no.
    The lady that said she's reading the blue SS book missed a bench press today (with just the bar) she barely racked it (one end on a lower hook). She didn't remember what I said about spotters, and to rest 3-5 between sets so I reminded her.

    Very tired and back on cold medicine; nose keeps running and lots of sneezing. Everyone around me is sick!
    The rack and an angled rack straddle the corner; a guy squeezes in the 3' between me and a guy deadlifting, grabs 45's from the rack, and faces the mirror to do shrugs between us. wth? Walked out 225, didn't feel that heavy when I was tight under it. Knee twinge on 175, the rest were ok but sadly not in the 'perfect' groove. I have a day off this week, then @10 on Sunday, oh boy.

    I may always be a lousy squatter but I'm not the worst - at least I squat. I really feel like my body would do much better with low-bar, but my shoulders say, NO WAY!
