It was a decent lifting night, not a lot of aches and pains. Got a text from husband as I was finishing bench, the hot tub is fixed, up to temperature, and waiting for me. Yay!!
- Squat, I might be a puss. *WALKED OUT 225*. Felt heavy but not that bad (its my goal weight). Got video of 185x1 and 180x3 (on IG). Not soul-sucking at all. I always think I'm not deep enough but I guess I actually am, maybe too deep. All my squats are slow!
- Press is coming along. At least tonite.
- Bench, solid 8. IDK why.
