12_5_19 Sunday Switch out the bar for the center knurl on squats, didn't today, realize today I used a 20kg bar (not 45#). I'm getting sciatica or piriformis syndrome, calf/ham hurting a little while sitting, and now down the back of my leg *sigh*. Floor press, rows, easy peasy. DL - fine. Does stopping creatine the two weeks of maxing make a diff? I ate well other than that.

12_17_19 Tuesday SSDG - same shit different gym. People are watching; guy by the platform (I met him later pretty nice), kids working the front desk holy-shitting at my black-ops bench. I GET it, I'm the only old woman out here, I'm fat, I'm weak, I'm trying to do things strong people normally do.
All my joints hurt tonite (we're also having snow/ice storms). Hopefully I'll be able to get here for cardio.
Squat platform with the 45# bar - I'll get used to the sticky or nail my stance/setup/tight despite the mirrors eventually - this platform hurts BOTH my knees; I lowered the weight a LOT (felt silly but hurt less ) - hot tub was a dream after this.

12_21_19 Saturday ouch. Sick Thursday.
Had to autoregulate down today, back is still weird from the chiro, feeling toast from the volume even with the sick day.
Started TNG too light, but the 105 was a tiny bit heavy.
Feet up started too light but the rest was ok; IDK why it feels so light compared to TNG. My chest feels like it should look like popeye's arms after every bench session; triceps felt swollen doing the lte, go figure. Abs home.

12_24_19 Tuesday Home alone this Christmas just the two of us.
Slowly getting acclimated to Retro and the training.
Misgrooved press rep 5 on 5@8 distracted by tv facing me - used the clock behind me as my mark after that all good.
Misjudged CGBP, seemed heavy 1st 8@8 but got everything, took weight off, missed last rep of that set (buh, BYE triceps!!) dropped again got all 8. Squat went fine, back seems better after rolling my butt/hip area with lacrosse balls.

the rower there is not a C2 its a PB Extreme Rower, and I can't figure out how to set the monitor for intervals. Neither could the fitness director. ugh.
