    Almost got it last night!!! Stopped at eye level.
    I screwed around solely with 5's for way too long. Recently I threw in some higher volume backoff sets (8 reps) and it has helped enormously.

    I do much better w/ higher volume (both reps-wise and frequency) too. When I make progress on the upper body lifts it's usually because I've gone Full Bro for a while.

    I’ve been creeping on your log, the 200lb Press got my attention. That’s been a goal of mine for a while now, I’m getting relatively close. My latest PR was 157.5x5x3 from a few days ago. I’m finishing up an LP right now, then I plan to do some specialization type stuff for it.
