This goes to show how important warming up truly is. Good progress though.

I am going to drag myself out of bed 20 minutes earlier, so that I have time to properly warm up (goal is stretching, plus 3 warm up sets for each exercise)

Had another great workout. I really felt the Squats today. I am getting close to stalling on my bench and rows. I love working all the major muscle groups 3 x week.

    Squat: 260 4x5
    Bench: 185 3x5
    Rows: 185 3x5
    Pull ups: 7, 4

    Smile Awesome.

Your squat is pretty much skyrocketing. And for your rows, you ever tried an underhand grip? Try it. But either way, you still do make alot of progress....

If your bench stalls, why not try inclines or declines?

Thank you for the kind comments, it helps keep me motivated. I'll try the underhand grip, and change up the bench when I stall. Thanks

This week, my energy levels have done nothing but go south. Today I really wanted to skip, but didn't (pats self on back). I kept the weight lighter and concentrated on my form. Overall it was a decent workout, nothing to write home about.

    Squat: 185 lbs 5x5
    OH: 90 lbs 3x5
    OH: 115 lbs 2x5
Dead: ran out of time / energy
    Dips: 10, 8, 6
