It's been a long time since I have posted here! The last 2 years have been crazy and I just didn't have the time to spend on the forum. Still been keeping up with lifting but it feels like 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. It's one interruption after another! Even still things are headed in the right direction overall. I have had covid twice, once a year ago and I am just now getting over it the second time. Both time were nothing more then an annoying weekend head cold, no clot shots for me or my family! Friday was my first day back in the gym.

Welcome back, Ken! Another 54yo, 225-ish lifter here.
If it feels like 3 steps forward, 2 steps back, you're still 1 step ahead of where you were when you started. And at 54, you're in much better shape than 90+% of your peers.
Keep at it!

Thanks Bill, I keep going for that small step forward every once and a while. It's far better then the alternative!
