    Nice pulling Shug!

Ya know more people should try pulling from higher if they cannot pull from the floor. (Not talking about you). Dan John says above or below the knee if lower pulls cause pain. I bet some people never thought of doing them like that and just do not pull at all. I am very poor with my regularity doing pulls and need to do them once a week.

Thanks. This bar distance is actually harder for me because I cant get as much leg drive. I've always felt stronger pulling from a deficit because
I can get more leg drive into it. Next week I will do either a 2" Deficit Conventional or the Double Dumbbell Deadlift. I would like to see you guys
try doing different variations of the lifts, it's a lot of fun, and you will get stronger. Grinding on the same same old lifts only creates staleness.
    Stay Strong!!

That pull was smooth as silk - you probably had it for a double if you had wanted it.

    Nice job!

I hear you, I have over 45 years of training mileage on my shoulders. They aren't good.
