    Thanks Mr. B. The left bicep tear a year ago (no doctors, no surgery) slowed me down, but the strength is coming back.

    I wished my back felt that "frisky". I did an extra pull day this week and the back has mysteriously been bitching since Thursday night. Wah!

    Ha... thanks. My best Snatch Grip Deadlift is 500 pounds, so my strength is way down, but coming back.
