    * The gout pain and massive swelling are finally letting up and I can put a shoe on again.
    * The lower back/sciatica probably has a ways to go, but there's less pain and I'm hopeful.

    Hey Shug, sorry to hear about your health issues! I was wondering why I hadn't seen any of your videos lately. Keep up the rehab and looking forward to seeing you back in action! Also, congrats on 42 years married!. Wife and I are 37 years together.

    Thanks Brother. This is what I get for lifting heavy too often. I'm on week 8 since being injured and I have a ways to go.
    Today marks the 50th anniversary RUSH's debut album. The Terrific Trio from Toronto have always been my favorite band.
    Hopefully they are Canada's National Treasure.
