    This Deadlift on January 26th is what got me. It didn't hit me until the next day and I've been suffering
    with nasty sciatic pain and nerve damage in my right leg and foot every since. I guess that's what I get
    for bragging about what I'm going to do...

    I can't see what caused the injury. Your form was good. Has anyone offered any real insight?

    Thanks, I should have pulled 500. By the way, I forgot to tell you that I tore my left bicep (Proximal Tear)
    on March 8th 2022. No surgery or anything. It's been bothering me quite a bit lately with cramp like pains.

    Lookin' good, Meshie! We do what we can as serious lifters. Working around injuries until they heal is the most important.
