    I guess I'm too hard headed to quit, but my years are definitely getting numbered. My body has a lot
    of mileage on it from all these years of lifting, the Marine Corps, etc...

    That sure looks great. The leverage factor sure will make the weight feel heavier.

    Yeah, I ordered a 26 pound Club thinking it would a good weight to start with. Wrong! It's the heaviest 26 pounds I've ever
    felt. I ordered a 2nd one that weighs 15 pounds and it will be good for building up. Steel Clubs are supposed to be awesome
    for shoulder health. There are a ton of great exercises you can do with them Everyone should check them out, but don't
    try to start too heavy like I did. Stay Strong!!
