Even with what I consider subpar Deadlift technique, he does a 597 pound Deadlift.
"Ivan Denisov tests his max Deadlift at the World Kettlebell Club Training Camp in San Francisco at the Ice Chamber. What's impressive is not the nearly 600lb deadlift, but that Ivan did this after completing World Class Rank (in 7 min not 10) in Kettlebell LongCycle earlier in the day. He also taught at the camp. And he does not train deadlift... We feel this speaks to the general physical capacities of Kettlebell Lifting."
* I have decided against restarting a training log. I'm not willing to share my training secrets with such a narrow minded forum.

Here is the link for Underground Gym
I have cardio sceduled for 2 days a week. One day is running 2 miles and the other varies. This week it was bike riding with my kids. Next week I will break out the kettlebells for the second session. You have renewed my interest in training with them more and for that I say Thanks!
By the way I love Pavel Tsatsouline's videos. He goes beyond just being instructional. I find him pretty funny in the way that he plays the "Russian Part".

Hector, I don't want you to lose interest in our "Race" to a 600 pound Deadlift, so in addition to posting PR's, I will occasionally log a training session.
Today I decided on Conventional Deadlifts for Medium/Heavy singles. I have found that multiple sets of singles are a great way to increase my Deadlift.
Good luck with your training, Brother! Also: Clear out your PM Box.
