* The left hip is still not great. I probably over did it today.
Hope the hip heals up. I've had some stiffness in my left hip recently. Doesn't hurt with weights, just when I get up from the couch
What's your opinion on partials? I downloaded a course from Brooks Kubick, thinking of trying it out.
Thanks, the hip is being a real pain! I think partials are great, just make sure to ease into the heavier weights.
