I am interested in how yourself and Cheesepuff, Jerry and others that are doing pulldowns are equipped to do them. Dedicated machines or you rigged up pulleys, cables and attachments?
I have a cable pulley system built into the right side of my power rack. I can also hook it up for low pulley rows.
