    Looks like a great workout. I used to do a set of DB cleans with each hand as a finisher after working out with my son.If I rember correctly I used 65lbs and worked up to 12 reps.i do remember how hard they got me breathing.

    Yes, I really like this one. My training for awhile is going to be mainly Deadlifts and Kettlebell Complexes.

    Right there with ya. Outside high temp is 47F today, the garage isn't much warmer.

    Another day of wearing the sweatshirt during the warmups and between work sets.

    I love the cooler weather, I'm just tired of all the aches and pains.
    I'm starting to think it's not worth it anymore.
