Sorry to hear your not feeling 100%.I spoke to my son in NC today. He has been having back issues over a year. He used to PL when he was younger. He is 46yo has a desk job. He did have an MRI and had 2 cortisone shots. He bought an inversion table and a back brace. His main complaint is he's stiff. I just bought a belt sqt.apparatus for, plan to give it to him on Christmas. Thankfully at almost 72 I feel pretty good most days. Thank you for setting up this cycle routine. Next week my be a little tuff, but I need to get my head into it.

I love the cooler weather, I'm just tired of all the aches and pains.
I'm starting to think it's not worth it anymore.
That is a lot to recover from regardless of age and as my dad used to say..."Not a spring chicken anymore".

I felt unusually tired last night. There are just too many things sucking up the energy at times for me so I know the feeling. I have noticed there are many different workouts done by people on this board and it really is true that "you can only do what you can" and if/when you push too hard sometimes things happen. I feel that its best to lift regularly regardless of the weight lifted. Something is better than nothing.

    Hang in there Shug!!

Shugg - Santana & Trent talk about this a bit in their latest Weights & Plates podcast. It probably won't be anything eye-opening for you, considering how long you've been at this, but it might help put things in perspective and help you orient your longer term plans.

Keep at it, no matter how you do it.
