    Reading your post about the press got me looking back at my log here. 7 years ago I could at least press 100lbs, now 80 would be a reach.
    The only good thing is at this time I'm pretty much pain free.i guess all I can do is slow the regression. I did manage to get my BW down to 198. BP is pretty good, although still taking the meds.

    My best ever strict Standing Press was only 160 pounds, but I don't remember how long ago. Years ago I had Stef delete my original log.
    I probably should have kept it going so I could look back on things, but oh well.
