    Sciatic pain is pretty tame during the day, but flares up big time after a few hours in bed.
    I might have to start sleeping in my easy chair until this heals up. I'm not sure if my
    problem is Piriformis Syndrome or an SI Joint issue at this point, but it really sucks.

    Sorry to read this. Seems as we get older things we did in the past come back to haunt us. I remember my shoulder first acting up in 1993 and it's been ok until now.

    Wow, it sure warmed up. I guess if you don't feel back pain it's OK to bench.
