Hey Shug, nice work this past week with the trap bar deadlift and axle press. Your injury rehab has been impressive. I was away from the weights for 11 days, so decided to test my lifts this week. Monday went well with BP, SQ and BB curl. Tomorrow I'll be testing OHP and DL, and will be using my fat bar for the clean and press. It may be a challenge with that 2.5" bar, but your video inspired me to give it a shot.

Great lift Shug, looked solid. I've been hoping to get back to that level again for a long time now. Not sure it's in the cards for me as I near 70, but I'm not ready to give up yet. It's good to see your training going well again.
