    Overall 2024 ended up being a pretty solid year. When I severely injured my lower back
    in January I thought my lifitng days might be over, so I'm very thankful to be where I'm at.
    I lost 55 pounds of useless fat that I plan on keeping off, and I have been able to make
    decent progress on rebuilding my favorite lifts that matter the most to me. At 63 (64 in Aug)
    I believe I still have some PRs in me, and I believe I can achieve them at a lower bodyweight.
    As The Mighty Bill Kazmaier said: "It's Only Heavy If You Think It Is"
    Have a Strong 2025!!
