90 minute Bliss Yoga.
Super relaxing spinal alignment yoga, lots of laying around. Felt great for relaxing my glutes, hips and lower back. Need to do this more.

Messed around with the microplates at my gym. Getting it in tonight since I plan to fast from Tuesday evening into Thursday morning (with a small steak Wednesday night) and want to work out on Tuesday. Thursday I weigh in and take two weeks off the diet at maintenance levels and out of the gym for the first week. Plan is to come back after that reset and work my way down to either 185 or some abz, whichever comes first. I'm 12 weeks in to the diet on Thursday and 17-18 weeks into progressive overload working out; it's time for a little reset. I am raring to go even harder so this is probably a good time to settle down before I overdo it, definitely will come back motivated.

BW=195. I am done with my twelve week diet. I lost 28 pounds at least (and probably closer to 35 over the past four months, I do remember seeing 230 on the scale at some point,) and am very happy with my results. One week off the diet, then one week off diet and gym, then back to it for 6-8 weeks. None of my old clothes fit.

Nice week off the gym, got to do some kayaking and yardwork. Back on the diet until I hit 185 or 6 weeks, whichever is first. Realistically I won't quite make it.
Also, unfortunately my old SS training partner who filmed my bodyweight+ Press PR just got busted for a major drug and theft crime. Hadn't seen him in several years but dang bro, you were the boss of an engineering firm, what happened? On a positive note, I'm almost certainly stronger than him by now.
