    Haha! Yep. Now is my time to start passing on the skills to others, so I spent a long weekend teaching newbies on how to be Paul on their own. Another weekend scheduled next month. It's all great fun!

    Well be glad your busy. I'm retired for a long time, but still enjoy being busy. The short less frequent workouts seem to be better for me. If I have a physical project to do I don't worry about skipping a day or 2 or 3.
