Nice Fred! Today was the first time in many days that we had some sun.
I'm going to orthopedic place tomorrow afternoon to get my shoulders checked out. I've been in pretty bad pain the last few days.
No stars, but still some strong, strong work, Fred!
Thanks guys as this was a lazy man who barely talked himself into training. It took hours to get moving.

Light bench day. Squats are what they are. I need to get both back on a progressive planned cycle. Too much jumping around due to "things".
