Thanks guys. I am trying to "keep one in the chamber" but today the chamber was empty when it came to block pulls.

The bench went as well as expected considering workloads lately. The last warm up set of pulls felt like the work set. I read this correctly after the 300 set but failed to act on it. Time to drop back and punt!

Pace yourself on that post hole digging. Sit down, don't fall down. LOL.
I've found a "bucket seat" for a 5 gallon pale is a good investment.
You can put in 4 or 5 empty quart yougurt containers to act as cup holders for your
water bottles and coffee, with a couple misc spots for other project stuff.
I've seen people make a round piece of plywood on youtube. I have a couple of plastic ones.

Thanks CP. So far I have only had to replace one post. The worst part has been how hard it is on my hands and fingers. My joints are achy after repetitive work.

A decent day for lately. I deloaded the pulls 60 pounds and restarted with two sets across. The weight might have been on the low side as I felt good for another set at this weight.

FYI....After finding a SS article on resetting weights I did drop too far (82%). It suggested 5-10% which would have been 318-301 not 275. I will try to make some bigger jumps in the beginning.
