I struggled to get time to do these for the last 3 days but it was worth the wait. Finally squatted 2 plates again even though just a single it's a start. I have a 40 pound bar if anyone wonders why 220 and not 225. 100kg for you metric types.

This is one of the things that gripes me about being old is struggling to not even do 5 reps with what used to be one of the warm up sets. It is hard to accept at times.

Yes it was hot here as the wife and I went to Wally world and was pretty hot by the time we got all our stuff unloaded and in the house.
