    Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Today is just gonna be sit and wait. Boring... Tomorrow I will have an ICD implanted and Saturday discharge if no issues arise.

    Thanks Lars but it's not fixed. This ICD is just kinda like a safety device that can sometimes reset the rhythm with a small or a big shock to get you out of a life threatening rhythm. They still need to get my arrhythmias under control either with meds or possibly another ablation. One cardiologist wanted me to stay in hospital to try a new med where they have to monitor you to set the dose but I said no I wanna go home. I will have to do that later. Shit never ends.

    Oh, I see, I just now read about it on Wikipedia, you have a ICD and not an S-ICD. In that case you may not be able to lift, at least for a while. You may have to work closely with your doctor/rehab team, maybe the SS forum have som wisdom?
    Squat maybe, to begin with. I wish you good luck, remember to keep us posted.
