Thanks for the kind words everybody!

    7-26-2021 Monday

    Bench
    ..70-5
    120-3
    160-3
    182-5
    182-5

    Squat
    ..70-5
    120-3
    160-3
    180-3

I did not feel as recovered as I should have been today with only two days between workouts instead of three.

"What are you guys opinions of doing Deadlifts once per week as the "books" and Rip and Dr. Sully recommend? I now deadlift once every four days."

    Late to the game here...

I'm a two day a week person for "deadlifts"...there might be more hingey / posterior chain work on Squat or Bench day depending on where we are in my programming.

But two days a week shouldn't be a killer as long as you work into the extra day slowly...ya know: Stress / Recovery / Adaptation.

Thanks Browndog! I feel like at times my squats are being affected by the deads. I don't want to do deads any more frequently. My back may need more recovery than I have been giving it. Time will tell.
