    9-7-2021 Tuesday

    Squat
    ..70-5
    120-3
    170-3
    190-3
    200-1-1-1-1-1

Five singles. All good reps with another in reserve. I'm gonna get these squats up one way or another.

No bench press today as the shoulders are paying for 3 days of overhead carpentry work and painting.

Nice work Fred, working with hands over your head will hit the shoulders. As a former mechanic I'm lucky to be able to press atmy age. Many of my former co workers have had shoulder surgery, maybe lifted has saved me.

Thanks Jerry! You are lucky if you can do the overhead press as I cannot.

Good for still feeling fatigued a bit. Put off deads.

Next strip and rebuild the deck under the roof. At least its not overhead...

I have a limited capacity for overhead chores: painting, carpentry, etc...

    My shoulders fatigue quite quickly.
