A very good day for conditions this week. I had reservations after Tuesday and Wednesday food restrictions and only 1 hour sleep Tuesday night but it went well today. I slept close to 12 solid hours last night so there is something to be said for good sleep. The colonoscopy went well with no issues since 5 years ago. I just finished a fantastic salad topped with a cutup chicken breast that my sweet wife brought home for me so I'm sitting fat and happy for the moment ha ha!

Weak with an achy elbow on the bench. The pulls went okay. No pain after but I felt a light straining in the front upper right arm and shoulder.

The bench was a PR (I think) at a lower body weight so I will take it. The pulls I deloaded 10% after last workouts feeling of a strain in the right arm.
