    On the bench I used a grip with the pinkies center of the first ring. This is the widest grip I remember using. Just a little variety. 25" between the hands.

    The 210 was probably good under the circumstances. I took an EMT ride to the ER 11pm Tuesday night after a FN scary 10 minute cardiac event at home that put me into afib. The ER doctor came in at 3:30am. Afib was gone and said he didn't see any specific cause, maybe dehydrated. Everything normal then.
