Of course, I tried it once, it felt woobly, on the way down I had a feelin off balance, like it was hard to keep the bar on the middle of the foot. A bit the same on the way up. How do you manage that problem.

I have no problems with balance. I can use it without hurting my back like a regular bar does.

    weight 202

    Bench
    040-8
    090-4
    130-4
    160-2
    180-2
    190-3

    Block pulls
    135-4
    205-3
    255-3
    275-3

Out of caution I left reps and weight in reserve on both lifts especially block pulls. I had an even longer episode Tues. night in the ER again. 4 weeks almost to the exact hour as last month. No sleep Tuesday night with blood monitoring all night and a nuclear stress test the next morning. No heart attack or blockages just some funky beats shown up so now I am wearing a 30 day heart monitor to try and figure out what's up.

Thanks guys! It's scary when you don't know what's happening. Hopefully the monitor will show something but then I will have to have another episode for that to happen...ugh.
