Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Today is just gonna be sit and wait. Boring... Tomorrow I will have an ICD implanted and Saturday discharge if no issues arise.

Praying for you Brother!
Thanks Shug. They say it's simple but we'll see.
Yep go home in the morning. Things went well.
I get to spend my birthday Monday at home.
Great to hear Fred, sounds like you'll be back at it soon!
Thanks. I can't lift for a month. Doc will tell me for sure.
Thanks Lars but it's not fixed. This ICD is just kinda like a safety device that can sometimes reset the rhythm with a small or a big shock to get you out of a life threatening rhythm. They still need to get my arrhythmias under control either with meds or possibly another ablation. One cardiologist wanted me to stay in hospital to try a new med where they have to monitor you to set the dose but I said no I wanna go home. I will have to do that later. Shit never ends.
Oh, I see, I just now read about it on Wikipedia, you have a ICD and not an S-ICD. In that case you may not be able to lift, at least for a while. You may have to work closely with your doctor/rehab team, maybe the SS forum have som wisdom?
Squat maybe, to begin with. I wish you good luck, remember to keep us posted.
