    Just remember Fred, you don't have to use Barabells to be a Strong Beast. Please check out the Original Strength Youtube channel.
    I actually think this kind of training is superior for strength, fitness, and overall health. The exercises are Pure Gold.

    Yes and I was not getting to feel much better because of poor sleep. Today has been more normal.

    starting strength coach development program
    Update:
    Today is the second day in hospital for monitoring of medicine loading for 3 days. The medicine can help heart rhythms but can cause problems so it has to have an ekg 2 hours after each dose. Fingers crossed. I'm walking a good bit and trying to catch up on rest. I hope to get more squats in Sunday. Still 2 more weeks on upper body.
