Well Fred, feeling well enough to even think about going out to the garage is a step in the right direction.

Just remember Fred, you don't have to use Barabells to be a Strong Beast. Please check out the Original Strength Youtube channel.
I actually think this kind of training is superior for strength, fitness, and overall health. The exercises are Pure Gold.

Yes and I was not getting to feel much better because of poor sleep. Today has been more normal.

    Update:
Today is the second day in hospital for monitoring of medicine loading for 3 days. The medicine can help heart rhythms but can cause problems so it has to have an ekg 2 hours after each dose. Fingers crossed. I'm walking a good bit.

    11-1-2024 Friday

    weight 198

I got home 4pm yesterday after 3 days in hospital where they took vitals every 3 hours and ekg 2 hours after dose of new med. Very little sleep for 3 days. It sucked..

Last night my head hit the pillow and 11:30 and I did not wake until 9 this morning. That was the best sleep in a very long time.

Squats to resume shortly. Upper body it will be a while.

My best friends wife was in the hospital for 3 days last week due to a TIA incident. She said she couldn't sleep due to all the alarms going off. Then when she did fall asleep a guy came in at 4am to do a survey about how the hospital stay was going. When she complained to him about waking her up at that hour he said the hospital operates on a 24 hour schedule.
