A hard freaking day. I can tell I need more protein in my diet. Some days I will pace around my basement between sets. Some days I will sit on my bench and rest. Today I laid on the ground for 8 minutes between set two and set three.
BUT these are milestone numbers for me and I know what I need to do to between now and when I load up four plates.

Haven’t deadlifted in a long time. Just warmed up and went for a heavy single.

Just a couple of lighter sets with the TUBOW today to try and fix my dive bombing, knee sliding squats. It makes the walkout kind of goofy so I will probably use it for my warmups and do without on worksets above 315.
