Hack Squat 95x12x3
Lat PUlldown 145x10x3
Seated Calf Raise 95x10x3
Rower 30 second intervals with 30 second rest x4, max intensity
Decided to go out on a big number for the deadlifts. I should have followed my usual rule of chalking up once the weight passes 300. It got slippery, and rep 7 I had to switch to a hook grip to alleviate concerns about dropping the weight.

Weigh-out: 272.8 pounds
almost 20 pounds in less than 2 months. Not too bad. Time to get stronger again.
