Rows w/belt and straps - 235 x 8 x 4
Dips - BW+25 - 15, 15, 16
Good workout. I like this program. Nice mix of everything, but not too much of anything.

Today: Cardio and BW stuff
Uphill Treadmill - 3.5mph@6 deg - 30 minutes.
Every 6 minutes, do 8-10 pullups or BW tricep extensions
Nice little cardio workout.

Light Squat - SSB (beltless) = 275 x 5 x 4
Light Bench - 205 x 5 x 4 (various grips, some pauses)
Pullups - BW + 25 - 8, 8, 7, 6, 5
BB Curlz/LTEs - 100 lbs, 3 super sets.
Good day. I'm liking this program. Gives me a bit more of the vanity lifts (curls, rows, pullups).
The Squat and Bench are trained using heavy-light programming. Pretty nice!

Back and traps appropriately sore afterwards. Good workout.

Feeling good about the dips - improved on them over the last few weeks. Trying to keep row weight same as bench weight, but they are more like "heaves" and are becoming sloppy.

Press and Deadlift day
Press w/3" belt - 170 x 2 x 5, 135 x 9
DL w/4" belt and straps - 415 x 2 x 5
SLDL w/belt and straps - on 25lb bumper plate - 335 x 6
BB curlz - 100 x 12 + 7 + 3
BB LTE - 100 x 12 + 7 + 4
Finally got a new scale. Surprised to see my weight is now 208lbs.
Lifts still decent, though not amazing, which is surprising. I'll take it.

congrats on the weight loss and maintaining an impressive amount of strength. What did you drop, like 20 lbs?
