what are you leaning to programming wise?
Hey Cole. Right now, I'm not really running any program. I did purchase Andy Baker's Garage Gym Warrior 3 program recently and plan to run that in the not too distant future (once I get over some nagging injuries). I just finished with his original GGW program with decent success, so this seems like a good choice for me...

Chins - 16, 10
Good workout, despite having a relapse in left hip pain. Vitamin I to the rescue again.

Pullups - BW + 45 x 9, 6, 5
No lower body stuff for a while - my hip needs to heal up. I just need to give it time to do so.

Can't do any lower body. May as well bench!
