    SSB w/3" belt - paused - narrow stance - 315 x 3 x 3
    Bench - 305 x 2, 275 x 4, 4
    Chins - BW x 16, 12
    Dips - BW + 90 x 7, BW + 45 x 11

    Good workout. Hip pain low despite no NSAIDs today. Narrow stance helps with the hip pain a little as well.

    Press w/3" belt - 135 x 12
    SGDL w/3" belt - 275 x 10

    Super quick workout - about 25 minutes. Lots of huffing and puffing.

    No real programming going on. Just free-wheeling it right now.

    Hey Cole. Right now, I'm not really running any program. I did purchase Andy Baker's Garage Gym Warrior 3 program recently and plan to run that in the not too distant future (once I get over some nagging injuries). I just finished with his original GGW program with decent success, so this seems like a good choice for me...

    SSB w/belt - 295 x 3 x 6 (trying to move the weight fast - not sure if I had much success in that endeavor)
    Press w/belt - 180 x 3 x 5
    SSB good morning w/belt - 155 x 8, 185 x 8, 205 x 8
    Chins - 16, 10

    Good workout, despite having a relapse in left hip pain. Vitamin I to the rescue again.

    No lower body stuff for a while - my hip needs to heal up. I just need to give it time to do so.

    Bodyweight workout:

    Chins - BW x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8 = 100 total
    Dip - BW x 15, 15 10, 10, 10

    Not sure if this was a good training session, but I did get a nice pump out of it.
