    11/26/23
    SSB squat - beltless - narrow stance - 205 x 25
    Treadmill/Pullups - Treadmill for 3 minute intervals. At interval do 10 pullups. Did about 80 pullups total.

    Good cardio day.

    Bench - 265 x 5 x 3, 225 x 10, 8
    Press - beltless - 95 x 5, 125 x 5, 135 x 5

    Presses felt heavy due to the bench and yesterdays pullups (lats are pretty sore from the volume).
    Bench moved ok.

    Dips - BW x 29
    Treadmill - 20 minutes, 3 HIIT intervals - 15 deg incline, 4.0 mph, 60s each.

    Good HIIT day

    Doing some good lifting there Irongeek. Those sets of 20 must be fun! 18 pullups is impressive, and so is your bench. You're doing something right!

    Thanks, Skid! My hip injury has forced me to change things up. Sometimes, injury may be a blessing in disguise, as it forces me train differently and to experiment a bit. Sets of 20 are awful - but once done, I feel great for the day - a type of HIIT. Highly recommended!

    Curls and Seated Tricep Extension on curl bar - 2 sets each

    SSB calf raises -210 x 25, 20, 20

    Gassed after those squats - much huffing and puffing.

    HIIT Treadmill - 5 intervals, 1 minute each @15.0 deg incline @4.0 mph. 2 minutes between intervals.
