    Treadmill - about 34 minutes, 2 miles at 7 degrees, 3.6 mph.

    4/3/24
    DL w/belt - 390 x 5 x 3
    Bench - 270 x 5 x 4
    Rows w/straps and belt - 255 x 8 x 3

    Good workout. I feel like I'm making good progress training every other day and keeping it as simple as possible. Every workout feels somewhat challenging, but no grinding yet.
    When the grinds start to come, I'll transition to a top set/backoff strategy and see how far that takes me.

    LBBS w/belt - 335 x 5 x 4
    Press w/belt - 175 x 5 x 4
    Pullup - BW x 14, 13, 9 (exact same as last week)

    Progress continues, but squats starting to feel heavier. WOuld like to get to 345/350 ish before I change to top set/backoff sets.
    Press still has more room to move up. My goal is to get to 180 for sets across. A lot of this progress is due to me actually doing press 2.0. Amazing how the press "pops" when I do this right.

    Bench - 272.5 x 5 x 4
    BW Rows - 15 x 3

    Replaced bent rows with bodyweight rows today. Just trying to avoid too much low back fatigue.
    Things are challenging, but no real grinds yet. Was even able to pause the last rep of the last set - though it moved really slow.

    Press w/belt - 177.5 x 5 x 4
    Pullups - BW x 10 x 3

    Excited about my press. I don't think I've ever done 180 lbs for sets across, but I felt like I could've done it today. We'll see in 4 or 5 days if I can get it.

    Rows w/belt and straps - 275 x 8 x 3

    Good workout. Not sure I've ever been able to bench 275 for sets across - this may be a new all-time bench PR of sorts.

    Squat w/belt - 345 x 5 x 4
    Press w/belt - 180 x 5 x 4
    Pullups - BW x 10 x 4
    SSB squat w/belt - 245 x 20 - Just to keep the SSB squat gains I've accumulated (quads)

    "vigorous" workout. Not sure how much more progression I can get on these movements - I'll just keep running it out...

    Just trying to get some cardio in - I've been skipping my cardio of late.
