When I try something more that 360-370 with the SSB, I have a hard time maintaining a locked position since the bar sits high.
I've been thinking more and more about buying a Marrs bar so I can load up a low bar squat. Have you ever used one of those?

Yeah. The SSB has some kind of guillotine effect at higher weights. If you don't keep the torso more erect at those weights, forget it!
I've heard of the Mars bar. Looks like an SSB, but sits lower on the back, more like a low-bar squat. Never tried one, however. The Mars bar is probably what I really wanted/needed when I purchased my SSB bar as it simulates the low bar squat more while keeping the shoulders and elbows healthy. I must admit that I do like the quad and upper back development the SSB provides.

BW Rows - 3 sets (trying to cool down my low back fatigue, which has been high of late)

On vacay for over a week. Just got back last night after an exhausting 20 hour overnight drive. Hit the weights this morning after a long night sleep. Felt very very weak, but I kind of expected that.

Just trying to get back in the game. A tad sore this morning, but not terribly so. Just feel weak from missing training since the 27th.
