Trying my 4" belt for the first time in a long time. I get a bit more support than the 3" belt, but it is definitely not as comfy.

Cardio - 25 minutes on treadmill @ 6.5 deg, 3.5 mph. Every 5 minutes do dips, pullups, or plate swings.

Treadmill - 20 minutes, 6.5 deg incline, 3.5 mph - about 1.15 miles total.

Been thinking about taking some time off from lifting for a while now - I think now's the time. I have some hip, shoulder, lower back, and now some knee pain. I think it's time to let things heal up. Maybe 2, 3, or 4 weeks - I think I'll just let things go for a while and play it by feel. I'll probably just pickup some super-low intensity stuff like walking and, maybe, some body weight stuff - but that's it. Time to enjoy what's left of summer!
