"Heavy" bench and deadlift day. "Medium" squat day.
SSB squat w/belt - 335 x 6 x 3
Bench - 265 x 6 x 4
DL w/belt - work up to 420 x 6
Good day. Everything moved pretty well - not an "easy" day, but there was nothing close to a grindy set.
"Light" squat day
SSB squat - beltless - 315 x 6 x 2
Press w/belt - 160 x 6 x 4
Heaves (I mean, rows) w/belt and straps - 240 x 8 x 4
CGBP - ascending sets of fahves - 135, 185, 215, 225, 235, 240
Squats didn't feel light today. I guess that's why Baker put in a "light" day on Wednesdays. Sure needed it today.

DL w/belt - 395 x 5 x 3
Challenging workout. Got every rep prescribed and could have done at least one more rep for each set, though it would not have been pleasant.
Squats wiped me out for subsequent exercises. After squats, everything felt tough. That's to be expected at this point of the program, however.
Hopefully, the work will payoff in some PRs.
How much time do you need for such a day? That's not inconsequential volume.
Hey Derf! It was a bit longer workout today - approximately 1 hour.
I try to keep workouts less than 1 hour (preferably 45 minutes), but now the program I'm on is getting heavy and longer rest times will be needed.
BTW: I'm doing Andy Baker's Garage Gym Warrior program. It's a nice HLM that has worked well for me before.
Not hanging’ about then - nicely done
great numbers! you really popped those squats at 380 in that video from a couple weeks ago
