Today: Heavy squat, volume press
SSB squat w/belt - 425 x 1, 385 x 4 x 4
Press w/belt - 152.5 x 6 x 6
Squats gettin' heavy, but the single moved well.

Today: Heavy Bench/Volume DL
Bench - work up to 310 x 1, 267.5 x 4 x 4
DL w/belt and straps (paused below knees) - 365 x 6 x 5
Hanging leg raises - 2 sets
My deadlift is pretty good off the floor but runs out of gas just below the knees. I'm hoping these will help a little.
I expect soreness - these were tough.

A little cardio and BW exercise:
- 25 minutes, uphill treadmill.
- Jumped off the treadmill 3 times to do bodyweight rows (sets of 20).
- 2 sets hanging leg raises.
I've been dealing with low back pain (tightness) for some years - it's especially noticeable when I sleep on my belly at night. I usually have to turn over and sleep on my back.
The last couple of nights, I have NOT had this pain while sleeping on my belly. I'm wondering if the ab work is helping. I'll keep doing a bit of ab work at the end of each workout - it can only help.

Hanging leg raises - 2 sets.
Too nice a day here to spend any more time in the basement. Supposed to be 80 deg and sunny!
