Today: Heavy Bench/Volume DL
Bench - 275 x 3 x 5
DL - paused just below the knee - 315 x 5, 345 x 5, 6, 6
Somehow, I tweaked my back yesterday. Didn't notice it till evening, but its one of those things that doesn't hurt at all until you're in just the right position, then it REALLY gets angry.
Despite that, I did train today, but backed off on a max BP and lowered the weight on DLs. I could feel tightness in the area, but I trained thru it. Starting to tighten up more now.
Not sure of the wisdom of training today, but oh well...

Today: Light cardio/Bodyweight stuff
25 minutes on treadmill (3.6mph, 5.5deg).
Jump off treadmill a few times to do pullups and dips.
End of workout - did 1 minute of planks.

Today: Heavy Press/Volume Squat
Press w/belt - work up to 190x1, 170 x 3 x 5
High Bar squat w/belt - 315 x 6 x 6
High bar is a type of squat I've hardly done in the past. My traps hurt and it took some getting used to, but it was not too bad.

Heavy dødløft and Volume Bench
dødløft w/belt - work up to 515, 455 x 2
Bench - 225 x 5 x 8 (varioius grip widths)
I planned on doing more back-offs, but after the second rep at 455, my body just said "no mas".
I needed a break anyway, and I was already playing with fire by lifting heavy with a back tweak. So, I called it good at that point.

Today: Heavy Squat/Volume press
SSB squat w/belt - work up to 405 x 1, 365 x 3 x 4
Seated Press w/belt - 135 x 5 x 8
Pullups - 12
Planks - 70s
Back tweaks till bugging me, so I de-laoded a bit today. Also, I'm trying to lose weight, so everything is getting a bit heavier.

Bench - 315 x 1, 275 x 3 x 4, 225 x 9 (burner set)
Pause DL w/straps and belt - 315 x 6, 345 x 6, 355 x 6, 6
Pullups - 12
Planks - 75s (one set)
Good workout. Bench heavy single was really heavy. I think the cut is really starting to hurt my pressing, but not too terribly. If I can bench 3 plates, I'm really happy.
Surprisingly, DL felt really good, despite my back tweak. Also surprisingly, my belt felt a little looser (the cut is working!)

Pullups - 13
Today: Heavy dødløft/Volume bench
dødløft w/belt - work up to 495, 435 x 4 x 3
Bench - paused approx 3 inches above chest - 225 x 6 x 4, normal (not paused) - 225 x 5, 6
Pullups - 12
Dang. LBBS was tough yesterday - I haven't trained this in a while. My quads were unexpectedly sore. DL was ok this morning. Trying to not annihilate my back, so I didn't try for any PR.

Yesterday - H Bench/Vol Deadlift
Bench - work up to 305 x 1, 255 x 5 x 4
DL w/belt and straps - paused - 365 x 5 x 5
Pullups - 12
Planks - 1 minute
Today - Cardio, BW exercises
Cardiio - 25 minutes @6deg incline @ 3.6 mph - 1.5 miles
Every 5 minutes pause and do pullups or close grip pushups - ended up doing 3 sets each.
Took some CBD gummies last night for the first time (No THC). I think it helped my low back pain a bit. But this could be placebo effect. Who knows.

Did this workout after fasting all yesterday and into the morning. I was flagging after the squats. Good cardio, though.
May need to punch another hole in my belt. Losing some of my winter fluff.
