Bench - 280 x 1, 215 x 5, 5, 12
Workout called for pullups, curls, and LTEs, but I just didn't have much energy this morning. I'll do them tomorrow morning.
I think taking benadryl at night for allergies does help my sleep, but I still feel tired the morning after. I was happy just to do squat and bench today.
